Thruxton BSB Round Up

16th April, 2013

The weekend’s poor weather affected Friday & Saturdays practice and qualification sessions. The circuit was eventually closed midway through Saturdays session being deemed as unsafe to ride.

Harry Stafford #21 had a couple of crashes during practice, although the damage to both him and the bike was not serious, it unfortunately meant he missed out on qualification for Sundays 1000 class race.

Sundays racing was mainly dry, but saw a lot of high- speed crashes with the safety car out on numerous occasions.

Both Tristan Palmer #33 and James Mutton #34 qualified and progressed well through the fields of their prospective races. Both finished outside the top ten and therefore scored no points.

All three riders and the team are booked in for some track practice before the next round at Oulton Park in early May.
