The Zodiac Eagle boasts an expansive 107mm printhead for printing detailed allergen and nutritional information, yet has a small compact design making it ideal for a varied production line where space is at a premium.
Printing flexibility
The Zodiac Eagle uses the industry recognised coding software, CLARiSUITE, simplifying label design and changeovers to suit the needs of the modern factory. It provides simple drag and drop editing, the flexibility of Windows TrueType fonts, multiple field types, (such as bold, underline and italics), date and time, barcodes, and graphics so operators can quickly and easily create label designs to suit fast-moving production.
What it prints
The largest printhead of the range, the Zodiac Eagle has a print area of 107mm x 300mm (continuous) 107mm x 75mm (intermittent).
It prints in high resolution at speeds up to 500 packs per minute, with a 300dpi printhead for sharp, clear prints, making it popular throughout the snack food, bakery and confectionery market. It also demonstrates excellent performance in industries/markets that require a large amount of regulatory information to be printed, including frozen and refrigerated foods, meat and poultry, cosmetics and pharmaceutical.
